The scene was Harry Potter world. The time was just after Heather's Veterinary school graduation while they were on vacation. Hector had the ring and the plan but just needed to execute it. He waited for the perfect time which was in Olivander's wand shop. Shortly after Heather picked out her wand he swooped in and borrowed it for a qucik second. When he brought it back, it had the most perfect addition to it. Hector was nervous and couldn't get the words out but Heather knew what he was saying and of course said yes! It was so awesome they redid it outside the shop so Heather's mother could see it.
