Step 3: Dawn from Kidd Travel will contact you to confirm the details

Step 4:  Make your $100 deposit payment

Step 5:  Book airfare - Dawn will be more than happy to get you discounted fares

Step 6:  Make your 50% payment by 9/1/21

Step 7:  Make your final payment by 1/10/22

Step 7: Ask questions, make requests, pack, enjoy!

  • Package rate must include 3/24-3/27
  • All rates are full all-inclusive, see below for Diamond Club additions
  • Please note, child rates are only applicable when sharing a room with 2 full paying adults.
  • Airfare is not included, but shared airport transfers (car service) is.

PROTECTING YOURSELF

  • All reservations will be quoted/confirmed/invoiced with additional travel protection insurance.
  • Travel protection insurance will protect you in many cases of illness, accident, delayed flights, lost baggage, etc.  For example, did you know that Medicare will not cover you internationally?  Most medical insurance plans will only cover you at the higher "out of network" costs.  
  • Please note that COVID-19 is not a covered reason (unless you actually get sick on location)

  • To decline coverage, you must respond in writing (email).

COVID-19

  • Please note that completeing a reservation request and making a deposit implies you are fully aware of COVID-19 virus and it's potential impact on travel.

RESORT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment Terms:

  • Package rate is for a minimum of 3/24-27/2022
  • Additional nights beyond 3 pre and 3 post will be billed at the prevailing rate
  • Please note, child rates are only applicable when sharing a room with 2 full paying adults.
  • $100 per room deposit due at reservation
  • Final payment due 1/10/22

Cancellation Policies:

  • Deposit until 95 days prior to arrival, no penalty.
  • 94 - 71 days prior to arrival-deposit is not refundable
  • 70 - 41 days prior to arrival - will result in 2 night per person penalty.
  • Cancellation 40 - 0 days prior to arrival - 100% non-refundable
  • Transfer service non-refundable after final payment
  • Please allow one extra business day for processing
  • Supplier COVID Policy: "If you need to cancel your reservation due to COVID-19, we are here to help. Airline and hotel policies and waivers are changing frequently. We will work with your airline and travel providers to offer you the best options. Please note that refunds will take up to 2-billing cycles to process and must be requested prior to your scheduled departure."  (In other words, if the island/resort/airline shuts down due to COVID, we will make every attempt to get you a refund or credit usable with GOGO Vacations.  Regular cancellation polices would be in effect otherwise.)

 

AIRFARE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Air travel purchase is final and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Change fees can be in the hundreds of dollars per person
  • Cancellations/refunds are often not possible
