Our story wasn't quite the romantic and magical fairytale that most of you would think considering how great and in love we are. For a good semester, we didn't even know who each other was. It wasn't until the Christmas program that San Diego Christian put on that they were introduced to each other. Our mutual friend Tim (who is a brides-man of Rainey), was the one to introduce us. Though things didn't happen for a while, this is where the peaked interests began.

Tim was Rainey's best friend during this time (and still is) and they were always hanging out together. They were like twin brother and sister. Danny and Tim were on the school's Vision team together and as they were spending a lot of time practicing and rehearsing, Rainey got the chance to be around Danny more and get to know him. It was at a group gathering at BJ's Restaraunt that Rainey had asked Danny for his Snapchat. This is then when they started getting to know each other on a more personal note and discovering the feelings that were being ignited. 

Even though there was a mutual interest in each other and they wanted to take the steps to start officailly dating, they still took the time to get to know each other. With great patience and commitment to seeking God's will and keeping Christ at the center of each of their lives, they began officially dating on April 23rd of 2017. But they would say, unofficially, they were dating way before that.

Ever since then, they have been growing closer and closer, learning about each other in a variety of different ways. Keeping Christ at the center and being committed to each other, continued to be the number one goal in their relationship and will continue to be the goal for the rest of their lives.
