Well.....as fate would have it, Will and I met at Livingway church on November 25, 2012! I noticed him sitting alone in a pew right before 11am service and since I was literally talking to someone right in front of him, I decided to introduce myself and who I was talking to. We all shook hands and asked him if he was new to the church and had he been to the Singles ministry class and his response...."How do you know that I'm single?" I was speechless because he had a point but since I didn't see a ring on that finger, I assumed at the very least that he was not married. Then he laughs and says " I'm just messing with you! I'm single!" I had to expain that I was just mentioning Singles class to be friendly and not to try to holla friend! Lol!!! Meanwhile....after church we bumped into each other in the lobby and began talking which lead to him walking me to my car which lead to us going to Red Lobster for lunch where we stayed talking for 4 HOURS which lead to a same night ride on his motorcycle which turned into our first date! We have been inseparable ever since. 4 1/2 years later we Steve here engaged to be married👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾👌🏾 Will is my best friend, confidante, cheerleader, protector, accountability partner and ultimately the love of my life❤️❤️❤️ God has truly blessed me with a great man who loves me and always tries to make me happy! He is my Lobster!!

My take on the day I met Miss Vanesha Nation began when I decided to attend 11am service this particular day when I noticed Vanesha talking to a friend. I was trying to decide how to approach her later, when as fate would have it, she approached me and spoke as she was curious and was standing nearby and did not want to come across rude. She introduced herself and asked, " Do you attend the Singles ministry here at the church?" I replied, "How do you know I am single?" She said, " I just thought you might attend Singles ministry because I did not notice a ring on your hand and you were sitting alone." My response was, "My lady could have stepped away!" She smiled and said, "You are right!" Then I smiled back at her and said, "I am just messing with you and I am not with anyone!" We shared a laugh and then church service began and she walked to her seat a few rows ahead of where I sat. I secretly praised the Lord😁 Later after service, we bumped into each other and I asked her where the men's room was. Little did she know, I followed her out of the auditorium, but did not want to be obvious. Once I came out of the men's room, she was still in the lobby talking to friends when I caught her eye. I approached her and we began chit chatting and I offered to walk her to her car. Once outside, I asked her to lunch and she accepted. I took her to Red Lobster and we talked for hours. She mentioned wanting to learn to ride a motorcycle which led to me telling her about my bike and asked if she would like to go on a ride with me that night. She hesitated a second, but then graciously accepted. We arranged to meet up and we went for a late night ride on a cool, breezy evening with a full moon. Turned out to be the day I met the love of my life. Vanesha is kind, caring, passionate, devoted, loyal and my best friend. She is the woman I had always wanted and needed in my life. I will love her forever!
