Alec and Reagan met in the most unlikely of ways; Tinder! Chance brought them together, and they've been like that ever since. Their first date was at Amici's in downtown Suffolk; Alec drove over her curb coming to pick her up, and Reagan turned down all of the cannoli (that she really wanted); both of them were so nervous about their date. But things went really well, and they immediately wanted to see more of each other.

For the next five years, they were inseparable. Things weren't always easy. They lost jobs, and moved from place to place, and struggled through a pandemic that kept them apart for a while. But no matter what the situation, they always found a way to make it work and be together. Through the good times and the bad, they've always been together. When Reagan got her teaching degree and started her career at Carrsville Elementary School, Alec was right there, so proud of her. When Alec got his dream job as a writer, Reagan was right beside him, so proud of him. 

No matter what they had to do, they were willing to do it, and they always did it together. Eventually, they got an apartment (and a wonderful dog) together, and began taking their final steps towards spending their lives together.

They always knew they were the other's person, and so did the people around them. Their friends and family always joked that they were the married couple even before their engagement. Last November, they finally decided to make it official; Reagan and Alec, in their nonchalant way, decided it was time, and later that week they drove to a beautiful rock shop, and Alec bought Reagan their engagement ring. 

The months since have been a blur of nerves and activity. But one thing has remained constant; their excitement and love for one another. As they take the next step in their relationship, they are so excited to see where the future takes them, and to be able to share their love for one another with the people closest to them.
